Sharon E. Thompson, 61 of Sparta, died Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus. Sharon was born May 12, 1950 in Cornwall, NY the daughter of Frances and Dorothy McCullough. She enjoyed crocheting and was a loving mom and sister. Surviving are three children, Toshani, Leanne, and Steven Thompson; two grandchildren, Liberty and Aaron Thompson; mother, Dorothy Rader; sister, Patricia Frederichs; brother, Ronald McCullough. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Cedar Springs United Methodist Church. Pastor Mary Ivanov officiating. Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses. Arrangements by Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs.
