Genevieve Joy Beduhn, 86 of Pierson, died Thursday, March 22, 2012 at Gerber Memorial Hospital, Fremont. Genevieve was born March 13, 1926 in Pierson, MI the daughter of Charles and Gladys (Neve) Beduhn. She had lived in Detroit for 74 years and worked for the Department of Defense. She relocated back to Pierson three years ago. Genevieve was a very positive and sweet person and had a special love for cats. Surviving are cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Maxine; brother, Howard. A visitation will be held Saturday at 1:00 pm until time of service at 2:00 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs. Pastor Thomas Sluys officiating. Interment Pierson Township Cemetery.
